Elrae Industries, Inc. expands capabilities with new 600-Ton Press

Alden, NY — Elrae Industries, Inc., a diversified producer of stamped and roll formed components, custom assemblies, and "Retail Ready" products for a variety of industries, has expanded its capabilities with the addition of a new 600-ton press, the "Minster Series E2 Hevistamper". The new press line expands Elrae's comprehensive range of metal stamping capabilities from 20-330 tons to a 600-ton max. The new press will be housed in Elrae's recent 26,000 square foot plant addition that was specially designed with a higher ton press line in mind and brings the plant's total capacity to 76,000
square feet.

The press features a large, 120" x 60" bed for flexibility, stability and precision, with rapid and exact Shutheight. It is ideal for heavy progressive die work and other extremely tough jobs. The press also features a Production Management Control system (PMC), allowing fully integrated production for superb
Quality Control.
