Alden, NY - Elrae Industries, Inc., a diversified producer of stamped and roll formed components, custom assemblies, and “Retail Ready” products, announces
that it has once again been awarded status into the national Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). The company received its first honor one year ago and is pleased to announce that
through the recent renewal of the award, the company will continue to be exempt from programmed OSHA inspections for the next two years.

The SHARP program recognizes small businesses that operate an exemplary safety and health management system. The OSHA recognition singles out participants such as Elrae among their business peers as a model for work site safety and health.

Upon receiving SHARP recognition, nominees are exempt from programmed OSHA inspections for a given period of time and are invited to renew their exempt status via a full service comprehensive on-site visit to ensure their continued exemplary status.

Few businesses achieve this recognition and metal working companies are almost unheard of in the program due to the nature of their work. Thus, Elrae is among a very elite group of industry companies who share a common thread of high safety standards for their employees.
