The CoilSafe2000 is a stand-alone
unit that is floor mounted and easily
adapted to existing material feed lines. It features p n e umatic operation with 600psi of hold-down pressure, and no electrical power is req uired. The device accommodates coils sizes from 36" to 72" with minimum stock width of 2.5". The CoilSafe2000 is constructed of heavy duty components including a one-inch thick steel base and five-inch pneumatic cylinder. It consistently holds down coil steel and other metals while loading onto coil reel equipment so you can safely snip bands and prevent unwinding.

Reverse the process for an effective way to keep coils taut while rewinding and banding material for return to stock!
