VIP Services - Elrae Industries, Inc. is pleased to introduce VIP, an important offering in supply chain management - a business collaboration web portal designed by Made2Manage Systems Inc.!

Every Elrae customer is eligible for Elrae's VIP Services. VIP leverages web technology to provide client access to Elrae's ERP and back office data within Made2Manage.

Users can access the service by clicking the VIP Login. Then simply enter in your username and password. It’s that easy!

With VIP Services users can...

  • Look up order status information including shipping tracking information
  • Access invoice details
  • Submit a Quote or Sales Order Request
  • Check available inventory
  • Access part number specifications within your own product catalog
  • Create a discussion thread for any shared document
