Supplied Material Control
  1. Only approved suppliers can be used
  2. To be approved suppliers must undergo quality system audit
  3. Suppliers are rated quarterly on quality, delivery, and service performance
  4. Purchased goods are subject to receiving inspection
  5. Lot traceablity is maintained when required

Quality Training
  1. All temporary personnel receive training in basic measuring techniques
  2. Many inspectors trained in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerencing (GDT)
  3. Press operators receive advanced measurement training
  4. Group of employees are currently trained as internal auditors
  5. All employees receive training in SPC and Problem Solving techniques
